The Daily Herald Business Ledger carried a column from Wes Bleed of Mack Communications. Wes wrote about the need to be prepared should a crisis strike your business in the coming year. Managing any crisis is challenging enough, but communicating during the crisis is equally important.
"So, resolve now to make communications part of your overall crisis management plan," Wes wrote. "Just going through the exercise can help you think through how you would need to respond in the event of a crisis and which individuals will need to be involved."
Wes offers a number of suggestions for putting a crisis communications plan together. Read the full column here.
